In accordance with Rule 11 of the Book
of Constitutions, the Grand Festival is held by rotation
in each Region on the last Saturday in November, except
where the Grand Master directs otherwise with the consent
of the Board of General Purposes. Accordingly, the Board
of General Purposes at its meeting held on 16th April,
2006 at New Delhi, at the request of the Regional Grand
Lodge of Northern India, has decided to hold the Grand
Festival at New Delhi on 28th and 29th October, 2006.
The Convocations of the Supreme Grand Chapter of India
and Grand Lodge of Mark Master Masons of India are held
alongwith the Grand Festival. The programme is give
