In accordance with Rule 11 of the Book of Constitutions,
the Grand Festival is held by rotation in each Region
that the last Saturday in November, except where the
Grand Master directs otherwise with the consent of the
Board of General Purposes. Accordingly, the Board of
General Purposes at its meeting held on 23rd February
2007 at Kolkata, at the request of the Regional Grand
Lodge of Southern India, has decided to hold the Grand
Festival at Chennai on 24th and 25th November 2007.
The Convocations of the Supreme Grand Chapter of India
and Grand Lodge of Mark Master Masons of India are held
along with the Grand Festival. The programme is given
below:-
