Please find enclosed car stickers for use by the members
of your Lodge on the occasion of the Universal Brotherhood
Day on 24th June 2007. Please arrange have them distributed
among the brethren of the Lodge well before that date.
Also find enclosed pamphlets on Discover Freemasonry,
in the form of folding cards. These are intended as
Introductory material to be given to prospective candidates.
Accordingly these are not for immediate distribution
to the brethren. These are to be given on demand to
the brethren, a few at a time, as and when they locate
prospective candidates and ask for these cards for providing
information about Freemasonry to such prospective candidates.
More such cards will be sent as and when these are exhausted
and request is received for sending more cards. It will
be noted from the card that there is a blank space for
indicating Name, T.N. and e-mail id of the person handing
over the card to the prospective candidate. It may please
be ensured that the space is properly filled up before
the card is handed over by the brethren to the prospective
candidates.
