In accordance with Rule 11 of the Book
of Constitutions, the Gland Festival is held by rotation
ill each Region on the last Saturday in November, except
where the Grand Master directs otherwise witli the consent
of the Board of General Purposes. Accordingly, the Board
of General Purposes at its meeting held on 22nd February
200S at Nagpur, at the request of the Grand Lodge of
Western India, has decided to hold the Grand Festival
at Mumbai on Saturday the 22n.d and Sunday the 23rd
November 200S instead of on the last Saturday of November
200S. The Convocations of the Supreme Grand Chapter
of India and Grand Lodge of Mark Master Masons of India
willbe held along with the Grand Festival. The programme
are as follows:
