The applications, when received may please be thoroughly
scrutinized in all respects and forwarded to the Grand
Secretary, Gnmd Lodge of India with specific recommendations
latest by 30th June 2004. Applications received without
such recommendations and after the due date may not
be considered. Students who~.are now in receipt of the
Bursary from this Fund may please be informed that they
should apply again in response to this circular for
the continuance of the Bursary, if they so desire. The
Regional Grand Secretaries / Secretaries are requested
to abide by the following guidelines before making recommendations
for awards:
GUIDELINES
- Income of the household to be less than Rs.30001-
p.m.
- No. of depende~ts in the household not to exceed
7 ( including dependent parents)
- Priority to be given if the applicant 1 recipient's
father is not alive.
- Priority to be given if an applicant for GraduatelPost
Graduate' award had been placed in the 15t Division
in Class XII 1 Graduate Examination & 5. Due weightage
for a child of a mason.
BRIEF NOTICE
Please note that the bursaries for
School student is Rs.2001- p.m. and College student
is Rs. 250/- p.m. These will be payable yearly to the
selected students through the Regions concerned. Applicants
for Bursaries may be of either sex. Application forms
can be had from the Regional Grand Secretary concerned,
on payment of Rs. 2/- at the address given below:

The Application form duly filled in
with documentary evidence in support of eligibility
mentioned above should be sent to the Regional Grand
Secretary concerned so as to reach him by the 10th June
2004. The last date for the receipt of applications
by Grand Lodge of India is 30th June'2004.
Applicants, who are already in receipt
of the Bursary for the academic year ending April 2004should
apply afresh, if they desire to be considered for the
grant of the Bursary during the year 2004-2005.
