I am glad to inform you that the Grand
Lodge of India has instituted an award for the "Best
Lodge Summons". This award will be presented annually
at the Grand Festival. The guidelines for this award
is enclosed alongwith.
All Lodges are requested to send their
summons for the meeting of September OR October, 2004
as an entry for this award. Three sets of this summons
should be sent separately in an envelope marked "GLI
Summons Award 2004" to the Grand Secretary at the
Grand Lodge of India Office, New Delhi.
The last date for receipt of these
entries will be 30th October, 2004.
