Some doubts have been expressed as
to proceedings of Emergency Meetings to be held by Lodges.
In this connection Lodges may please
note that Rule 116 of the Book of Constitution covers
emergency meetings.
Accordingly when an Emergent Meeting
under dispensation is being held, the agenda will have
to be limited to the purpose for which the dispensation
is granted. At an Emergent Meeting the Minutes of the
previous. Meeting, . Minutes of the Permanent Committee
I Standing Committee are not to be read nor the Treasurer's
Statement of Accounts presented. However, collections
for Charity I benevolent fund has to be included in
the Agenda.
There will be no customary risings
before closing an Emergent Lodge Meeting.
