It is noticed that some Lodges are
not tndicating the details required to be so done in
respect of Initiation, Passing and Raising ceremonies
on the, agenda.
Bro.Secretaries may therefore kindly
note the following requirements:-

In case of an emergent meeting,
the fact should be brought out in the summons.

When a Ballot is to be taken up
in a meeting, the full name of the Candidate, his
date of Birth, Occupation, Business address, Residential
address, names of the Proposer and the Seconder
and the date of the proposal in the open Lodge must
be mentioned.
In the case of the Joining/Rejoining members in
addition to the above particulars, the membership
in other Lodges should also be mentioned.

When an initiation is to be taken
up, the date on which the candidate(s) was/were
favourably ballotted should be mentioned.

When a Passing ceremony is to be
taken up, the date on which the Brother/Brethren
were initiated should be mentioned.

Again in the caseof Raising ceremony
of the Brother/Brethren, the date on which he/they
were passed should be indicated.
