I enclose herewith a Proforma of a
report on alteration of Membership
that Lodges/Chapiers/Mark Lodges/R.A.M Lodges will be
required to send to the Grand Lodge/Supreme Grand Chapter/Grand
Lodge of Mark Master Masons of India each month.
This report should cover events including
Passing, Raising, Resignation, Death, Cessation, Exclusion,
Joining, Presentation of long Term Service Jewels etc.
The said report is to be sent to the
Grand Lodge of India/Supreme Grand Chapter of India/Grand
Lodge of Mark Master Masons of India by 2th of each
subsequent month.
Such a report will enable the Grand
Lodge/Supreme Grand Chapter/Grand Lodge of Mark Master
Masons of India to update its records periodically.
