I refer to the write up - "Look
beyond. Enlarge your Lodge" sent to you alongwith
other Circulars last month. This, as you may be aware,
is to encourage Lodges in one Region bond themselves
with Lodges in other Regions.
In this connection I would like to
clarify as follows :-
1. The scheme is to bond Lodges in
different Regions. Hence Lodges may please select, for
this exchange programme, Lodges outside their own Region.
2. The programme envisages exchange
of Summons between Lodges, exchange of ideas and information,
building one to one contacts, undertaking joint projects
and also wherever and whenever possible - a visitation.
3. Each Lodge may choose another match
Lodge in a different Region based on number of members,
similarity of projects, years of existence, membership
profile, professional profile of members etc.
4. Once the selection is made, the
information is to be provided to the Grand Lodge in
the proforma already sent.
5. All Lodges are requested to participate
and make this programme a success.
6. Lodges who have not furnished the
proforma of participation are requested to do so by
30th June, 2005.
