Sub: Grand Lodge award for Best
Lodge Summons.
|
|
As you are aware, since last year,
the Grand Lodge of India has instituted an award for
the "Best Lodge Summons".
The award to the winning Lodge will
be presented at the Grand Festival.
The response to the competition for
the year 2004 was very encouraging. It is hoped that
this year all the Lodges will participate in the competition.
Participating Lodges are requested
to send their Summons for anyone meeting held during
the period June, 2005 to August, 2005 as an entry for
the award. Three sets of the summons for the competition
should be sent separately in an epvelope marked "GLI
SUMMONS AWARD 2005" to the Grand Secretary at the
, Grand Lodge of India office, New Delhi.
The last date for receipt of entries
will be 30th September, 2005.
Please note that the (summons) for
the competition should be the usual summons which the
Lodge regularly brings out and NOT a specially prepared
one exclusively for the competition.
A copy of the guidelines
for this award is enclosed herewith.
