The applications, when received may
please be thoroughly scrutinized in all respects and
forwarded to the Grand Secretary, Grand Lodge of India
with specific recommendations latest by 30th June 2005.
Applications received without such recommendations and
after the due date may. not be considered. Students
who are now in receipt of the Bursary from this Fund
may please be informed that they should apply again
in response to this circular for thet continuance of
the Bursary, if they so desire. The Regional Grand Secretaries
/ Secretavies are requested to abide by the following
guidelines before making recommendationg, for awards:
GUIDELINES :
- Income of the household to be less than Rs.3000/-
p.m.
- No. of dependents in the household not to exceed
7 ( including dependent parents)
- Priority to be given if the applicant / recipient's
father is not alive.
- Priority to be given if an applicant for Gladuate/Post
Gladuate award had been Placed in the 1st Division
in Class XII / Gladuate Examination &
- Due weightage for a child of a mason.
BRIEF NOTICE :
Please note that the bursaries for
School student is RS.200/- p.m. and College student
is Rs. 250/- p.m. These will be payable yearly to the
selected students through the Regions concerned. Applicants
for Bursaries may be of either sex. Application forms
can be had trom the Regional Gland Secretary concerned,
on payment ofRs.2/- at the address given below:

The Application fonn duly filled in
with documentary evidence in support of eligibility
mentioned above should be sent to the Regional Gland
Secretary concerned so as to reach him by the 10th June
2005. The last date for the receipt of applications
by Gland Lodge of India is 30th June 2005.
Applicants, who are already in receipt
of the Bursary for the academic year ending April 2005
should apply afresh, if they desire to be considered
for the grant of the Bursary during the year 2005-2006.
