In accordance with Rule 11 of the Book
of Constitutions, the Grand Festival is held by rotation
in each Region on the last Saturday in November. I have
thtypleasure to inform you that the Grand Festival this
year will be held at Varanasi on 26th and 27th November
2005. The COlrvocations of the Supreme Grand Chapter
of India and Grand Lodge of Mark Master Masons of India
are held alongwith the Grand Festival. The programme
is given below:
