It has come to the notice of the Grand
Lodge that some Lodges are directly soliciting financial
assistance from foreign Lodges/Masonic Bodies for various
purposes such as Tsunami relief etc.
In this connection, the Grand Lodge
would like to bring to the notice of Lodges that acceptance
of foreign contributions are subject to special laws
of the land and that the Lodges should ensure compliance
with such laws before accepting foreign contributions/donations.
